Joyful Purple Wedding at the Separk Mansion in Gastonia

I’ve been waiting for Elise and Justin’s wedding at the Separk Mansion for so long and the day finally came! Every second of it was just as beautiful as I anticipated. They are both so loved and that was clearly evident throughout the entire day.

Elise and Justin technically met on Plenty of Fish, but Elise deleted her profile and signed up for Match instead. Justin managed to find her there, too, and sent her a message. From there, they went on their first date where they spent 3 hours talking and laughing. It was so visibly meant to be.

The proposal story, told by Elise: “Justin and I took our second trip to Tennessee in December 2018. I was hoping that this would be the trip I would get a ring on my finger after Justin admitted that he had fallen in love with me in Tennessee the first time we had gone together in December 2017. We went to one of our favorite places together on December 15th, 2018-Dollywood. We had walked the park 3 times when we stopped at the chapel that was in Dollywood. We had walked inside to see how pretty it was and as we started walking out, Justin pulled out something from his pocket, placed it in my hand, and said “Open this when you are ready.” I saw it was a beautiful ice cream ornament that said “Marry me?”. At first, I didn’t know what was happening, but then Justin started talking and dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him. I screamed in disbelief and said yes!”

Elise and Justin, thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer! I’m seriously so honored to know both of you. Y’all bring so much light and joy wherever you go. I’m soooo freakin’ excited to share these sneak peeks with you! ENJOY!!!
