Classic Winter Wedding at Glenview Farms in South Carolina

Allison and Carter’s wedding has been a long time coming! Their wedding at Glenview Farms in South Carolina was absolutely stunning and I could not have been more thankful to have been there to capture it.

How they met, as told by Allison: “It all started at an Atlanta Braves baseball game on Memorial Day weekend that had Chris Stapleton playing at half time. I had never met Carter before but the people I was with knew he was going and so we met up with him and his friends and that’s when I met Carter. I had been a registered nurse for about a year or so at that point but Carter had recently finished nursing school that May and was getting ready to take boards that summer. We ended up talking solely to each other most of the night about nursing and taking boards. Fast forward a year later and Carter was living in Mount Pleasant for nursing school but had moved back home (Florence, SC) where I had been living and started working at the same hospital I was at. I had seen him around a couple times and shared some shy hellos every now and then. Obviously I had a huge crush on him after that game :). Carter had decided he potentially wanted to go back to school so he moved back to Charleston to work in the ICU to further qualify for CRNA school. It wasn’t until that summer that a random night before I was going to vacation to Mexico with a group of my friends that he finally worked up enough courage to message me! I was so excited that I stopped what I was doing to show my best friend because she knew I had a crush on him! We ended up having a great time in Mexico for a week and when I got home I immediately told him I was home and we planned for a date in Charleston and ever since that amazing first date in Charleston we have been inseparable!”
